    What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM. If you need an early arrival or late departure, send us a message and we'll do our best around other bookings.

    How many people can stay, and what are the beds?

    Up to 9 guests. There's a king in the primary suite upstairs, a king in the downstairs bedroom, a twin plus twin bunk in the bunk room, and two twins in the twin room. The home has 2.5 bathrooms.

    How do I get into the house?

    Check-in is self-service. Your door code and step-by-step arrival instructions, including a short video, are sent privately once your reservation is confirmed.

    Is the swim spa available all year?

    Yes. The 15-foot swim spa is heated and covered, so you can use it year-round. Instructions for the jets, lights and Bluetooth audio are in the Guest Guide. Please supervise children at all times.

    Is the home good for kids?

    Very. There's a bunk room, a kids' play corner with toys, a big lawn with a web swing, and plenty of board games. Please keep an eye on little ones near the swim spa and the stream. We don't provide a crib or high chair, so please bring your own if you need one.

    Do you offer monthly or mid-term stays?

    Yes. We host furnished stays of 30 days or more for travel nurses, corporate assignments, relocations and insurance placements. There's a dedicated workspace and in-home laundry. Book through Furnished Finder or contact us for monthly rates.

    Is there a minimum stay or security deposit?

    The minimum stay is 2 nights. A flat $300 security deposit is placed as a hold on your card when you reserve, and it's released 2 days after check-out.

    What is the cancellation policy?

    Stays under 28 nights: full refund if you cancel more than 5 days before check-in. If you cancel within 5 days of check-in or during your trip, you'll be charged 1 extra night and refunded 50% of the unspent nights.
    Stays of 28 nights or more: full refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.

    Are pets allowed?

    Sorry, pets aren't allowed at Little Bear.

    What are the house rules?

    No smoking, no pets, and no parties or events. We also ask guests to remove shoes indoors. Please be respectful of the neighbors, especially in the evening.
